Cooking
1) Wash out thoroughtly with hot soapy water and scouring pad, leave to dry
2) Coat the inside with any cooking oil and heat till oil begins to smoke
3) allow pot to cool
4) Wie inside clean with a paper tower. repeat this process untill paper towel wipes clean
5) The pot is now ready for use

1) cast iron products can not make sure each one accurate the same weight.
